Flower Friday – Dahlia

Dahlias
It’s #FlowerFriday!
These stunning flowers come in a variety of colors and are known for being one of the easiest flowers to grow. You don’t need to fertilize them or water them frequently, and they can be planted in any type of soil, and once you plant them, they require very little maintenance.
Dahlias can be grown almost anywhere, whether it’s in your backyard, on your patio, or even indoors. You can plant them in gardening containers, so you can move them around wherever you like. You can even transplant them into a window box for a burst of color inside your home.
However, unlike other flowers, Dahlias are prone to garden pests such as squirrels, moose, and rabbits that will eat bulbs, flowers, and even the plant itself. So, be sure to take some precautions to keep these pesky critters away from your garden.
Do you have any in your garden?
